According to the legislation in force, Hiphop-Style.ro offers 14 days return for any product purchased.
If for various reasons (you do not like the ordered product or your size is not good) you want to change the purchased product or recover its value, you can contact us to confirm returns to S.C. HIGHT JCC STYLE S.R.L. (Contact details) The returned products must be in the original packaging, with all labels attached and show no signs of damage or wear.
The return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the value of the product will be made within 14 days from the return.
After we receive and inspect the return sent by you (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will authorize a refund within 1-3 business days (maximum 14 calendar days in exceptional cases). If you have paid in cash or cash on delivery and have a bank account, we will transfer the value of the returned order to your account. If you paid using the card, your order value will be refunded back to the card.
